A school Outreach Activity was organized by the Department of Mathematics, Wilson College (Autonomous), Mumbai, under the DBT Star Strengthening Scheme, as part of its commitment to fostering mathematical curiosity through activity-based learning. An interactive session was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical understanding.
The session focused on Geometry Visualization, specifically targeting the concepts of Area and Perimeter. To move beyond the rote memorization of abstract formulas, student volunteers utilized custom 3D-printed models designed and produced by the volunteers themselves.
