A workshop on working with Harmony was conducted at Bharda New High School by Father Blaze on 14th June, 2019.
The overall aim of the workshop was to provide an analysis of the context of collaborative learning to achieve academic goals. All the teachers were challenged to think out of the box through various games that were organized namely
1) Throwing cards on a book
2) A Group held by a thread
3) Keeping the balloon afloat
4) Get into groups to create a vehicle
5) Circle & stick
6) Making a Square
The purpose of all these activities was to concretely engage the teachers with one another and evoke students, the teacher being the animator, a stimulus to mobilize, plan strategies towards co-operative and harmonious learning, with co-ordination and no competition.
