Today, our school embraced the spirit of wellness, mindfulness, and unity as we celebrated International Yoga Day!
The event began with a graceful rhythmic yoga performance by our talented middle school students, followed by a powerful group yoga session led by our Principal, teachers, staff, and students together.
A day to breathe, stretch, and connect — because a healthy mind lives in a healthy body!
