Our Interact Club hosted a power-packed fitness workshop that got Classes 8, 9 & 10 moving, stretching, and sweating with big smiles!
On 21st November, Friday, the Interact Club of Bharda New High School organised the Focus Fitness × Matterly Foundation Fitness Workshop at Bharda High School.
Focus Fitness, in collaboration with the Matterly Foundation, conducted a dynamic fitness workshop aimed at inspiring students to adopt a healthier lifestyle through simple, practical, and enjoyable fitness habits.
The workshop introduced students to basic home workouts, easy stretching routines, and foundational exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall physical well-being. Experienced fitness coaches guided the students step-by-step, ensuring that all routines were safe, age-appropriate, and easy to practise even without any equipment.
The initiative aimed to empower every child with the confidence to take charge of their own health, build strength naturally, and understand the long-term benefits of regular physical movement. Both the Matterly Foundation and Focus Fitness believe that cultivating fitness habits at a young age helps build discipline, boosts self-esteem, and contributes to shaping a healthier and stronger future generation.
Together, they created a positive and energetic experience that encouraged students to stay active—anytime, anywhere.
Students of Classes 8, 9, and 10 participated enthusiastically in this workshop.
